Sesame Pork Stir Fry
This sesame pork stir fry is a super quick 20-minute recipe, perfect for after work or busy evenings where you can’t manage anything too fussy. Serve over rice for a more filling family meal, or just with a bunch of vegetables for a healthier version.
Easy homemade sauce
The sesame stir-fry sauce is so easy and delicious:
- Soy sauce
- Brown sugar
- Sesame oil
- Garlic
- Fresh ginger
- A dash of rice vinegar
- Some ketchup
- A fresh chilli, chopped

500g of our lean stir fry pork
Veggies such as peppers, onions, julienned carrots, spring onions, cabbage, pak choi, mung beans, green beans etc. (finely chopped for quick cooking time)
Stir fry sauce (as per above)
Directions
- Quickly stir fry your pork, but don’t overcook it
- Add the vegetables and cook briefly (you want them al dente)
- Add your sauce and cook down for a couple of minutes until the sugar causes the sauce to thicken
- Serve alone or on rice and put a generous amount of sesame seeds on top.
