Preparation Tips:
Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Cook the sausages for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until they are evenly browned and cooked through and firm to the touch.
Pan-Fry: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning regularly until golden brown and firm to the touch.
Oven-Bake: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the sausages on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
Bar-braai-que: Place on braai when fire is ready, keep in spiral and turn until firm to the touch and golden brown on each side. Remember to check that it is firm and don’t over braai.
